of Hendersonville, TN entered into his enteral rest on Thursday, July 9, 2020.

Arrangements are as follows.

Charles will lie in state in the chapel of Strawther & White Funeral Home

Monday, July 13, 2020 from 11:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.

Grave side services will be conducted

Tuesday, July 14, 2020. at 11: 00 a.m. at the Sumner Memorial Gardens

CDC along The State executive orders will be followed

Masks will be required at each service. along with the number of persons attending the respected services.
