Visitation for Mrs.Adams is as follows:
Tuesday, Sept. 29,2015 @ 11 am, with Home going Services to follow at 12 noon, at Key United Methodist Church, Hartsville,TN.
Mrs. Clara D. Adams was born on July 30,1918 in Pleasant Shade, TN. Parents were the late William( Will) H. Taylor and Josie Lillie Gibbs. In 1944, she was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Herman T. Adams, when alter in their marriage, they settled in the Beech Hill Community in Macon County for 64 years.
She was a active member of Howard Chapel AME Church, till her health began to fail.
She leaves to Cherish her memory: 2 sons; Nathaniel (Gisela) Adams of Fayetteville, N.C., and Phillip(Shirley) Adams of Decatur GA.
5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great, great, grandchild, a devoted niece and devoted nephew, devoted friends, Willie C. Barr, Minnie Johnson,and Maggie Lee Ford, and Elaine( John) Gore. A hoist of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
