Mr. Edward Ray "SNOOPS" Banks was born on Jan. 2,1946 to the late Mr. Haskell Banks Sr. and Mrs. Annie B. Carter in Gallatin, TN.

Mr. Banks passed away from this life on March 9, 2014. Mr. Banks was a avid fisherman and a devoted employee of Queens and Peterbilt for 37 years.

Ray was preceded in death by his brother, Haskell Banks Jr., Henry & Juanita Adams, Patricia Talley, Tommy J. Talley, and Fred & Virgil Talley.

Edward is survived by his loving wife, Ada Mai Banks and devoted daughter Winnie N. Talley. And a host of brothers & sisters in-laws, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends. Devoted Friends Joe Spence and Devoted Niece, Melanie Talley.
