Leslie Sweat, Jr., born on April 11, 1947, in Gallatin, Tennessee, left this world on June 25, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Born and raised in Gallatin, Leslie’s roots ran deep in Tennessee soil. Through the decades, he cultivated lasting connections and nurtured the sort of friendships and family bonds that become foundational—not only to his own life, but to the lives entwined with his. Whether celebrating the brightest milestones or quietly comforting in darker moments, Leslie’s loyalty was steadfast and his love unwavering.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Strawther & White Funeral Home  Chapel - 150 North Blakemore Ave. Gallatin TN. Time of memorial service will be 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm
