Ms. Dorene Lynette Malone-Wright was the first of four children to Homer and Barbara Malone. She was born on Feb. 10, 1960. She departed this life on Feb. 1,2015.

Dorene was a member of West Eastland Church Of Christ. She was a member of Gallatin High School Class of 1978. She graduated from Ann's Beauty College and practiced cosmetology for over twenty years in Gallatin. Dorene was known for her hospitality and cooking skills.

Those she leaves to cherish her memory: Devoted parents, Homer and Barbara Malone; children, Jamecia,Darren,and Darryl Wright;Step-Children Jajuan and Dewayne Wright, grandchildren Christopher Potter, Janaijah Wright, Yazmin Armstrong, Jamirriah Wright,Chosen and Christian Smith; Siblings, Twanda (Charles) Scott, Barbara( Maurice) Woods, and Terrence Malone: Uncles and Aunts Isaac and Marsha James, James and Mae Margaret Oldham; one niece, Marissa Woods; nephews Derrick Woods and Jarrick Malone; devoted friend Mr. Curtis Vaughn. a host of cousins family members and friends
