Mrs. Twanda Yvette Fields-Adams, age 59 of Smyrna Tennessee, a native of Gallatin Tennessee transitioned peacefully at Tri-Star Stonecrest Medical Center, Smyrna Tennessee on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
